Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer online therapy across Ontario?
Yes! I provide online therapy to clients anywhere in Ontario, including Toronto, Ottawa, Hamilton, Mississauga, Brampton, London, and smaller towns across the province. Because my services are entirely virtual, you can access therapy from the comfort of your home, wherever you are in Ontario.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, I offer in-person therapy on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Main & Kingston Road in East Toronto. On these days, you can choose either online or in-person. The rest of the week, sessions are online only.
What kinds of therapy do you offer?
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy online. My specialties include supporting clients through life transitions, grief and loss, burnout, relationship challenges, and parenting concerns. My approach is compassionate, trauma informed, and culturally sensitive.
Is virtual therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
Yes - research shows that online therapy (also called teletherapy or virtual counselling) is just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, including anxiety, grief, depression, stress, relationship issues and more. Online sessions allow you to connect with a qualified therapist from the comfort of your own space, which many clients find more convenient, flexible, and accessible.
I use secure, confidential video sessions to ensure a safe and supportive experience.
Can I work with you if I live outside Toronto?
Absolutely! While I am based in Toronto, my online therapy practice is open to anyone living in Ontario, including areas like York Region, Durham Region, Peel Region, Niagara, Kitchener-Waterloos, and Northern Ontario communities.
How do I book an appointment for online therapy?
You can easily book a session through my secure online portal link. I offer a free 15-minute consultation if you’d like to connect first.
