Individual Therapy $180/50 min session
I work collaboratively with individuals facing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, addiction, grief, parenting stress, and life transitions. I provide a safe and supportive space to listen to our story, help you process emotions, and guide you in developing practical strategies for growth. My goal is to help you recognize your strengths, shift unhelpful thinking patterns, and build skills that empower you to reach your goals. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, while emphasizing self-care, resilience, and communication skills to foster lasting change.
Family Addiction Therapy $180/50min session
Are you worried about a loved one’s addiction? I understand how deeply addiction affects families, whether you’re a sibling, friend, spouse, or parent. Drawing on my expertise in addiction therapy and Family Systems Therapy, I can help you gain insight into addiction, break the cycle of codependency, and establish healthy boundaries with your loved one. Together, we’ll focus on enhancing your self-care and navigating the emotional ups and downs that come with supporting someone in crisis.
Couples Therapy $200/60min session
I support couples in improving relationship dynamics and resolving conflicts by enhancing communication and deepening mutual understanding. Our work together explores how individual growth contributes to a more balanced and fulfilling relationship.
I tailor sessions to the unique needs of each couple - whether you’re seeking to rebuild trust, strengthen emotional intimacy, navigate parenting stress, or develop healthier ways of managing conflict.
